Butiksoft PRO Gizlilik Politikası
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Butiksoft Teknoloji A.Ş.'nin (“Butiksoft”, “biz”) Butiksoft PRO iOS uygulaması, Apple Watch uygulaması ve widget'ları ile app.butiksoft.com web uygulaması (birlikte “Hizmet”) üzerinden hangi bilgileri işlediğini, bunları neden işlediğini ve kimlerle paylaştığını açıklar.
Butiksoft PRO, otel ve konaklama işletmelerinin personeli için geliştirilmiş bir otel yönetim (PMS) uygulamasıdır. Hesaplar, işletme ya da Butiksoft tarafından tanımlanır; uygulama içinden hesap oluşturulmaz.

- Kamera: Kimlik kartı veya pasaporttaki MRZ alanı cihaz üzerinde okunur. Kamera görüntüsü kaydedilmez ve sunucuya gönderilmez; yalnızca okunan metin alanları (ad, soyad, belge numarası, doğum tarihi, uyruk vb.) ilgili rezervasyona eklenir.
- Sesli komutlar (Apple Watch): Konuşmanız Apple'ın sistem dikte özelliğiyle saat üzerinde metne çevrilir. Ses kaydı tarafımıza gönderilmez; yalnızca oluşan metin işlenir.
- Reklam kimliği (IDFA) toplamayız, kullanıcıları uygulamalar ve web siteleri arasında izlemeyiz (tracking), kişisel verileri satmayız ve reklam amacıyla kullanmayız.
2. Yapay zekâ özellikleri ve üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ hizmetleri
Aşağıdaki özellikler, verileri üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ hizmetlerine gönderir. Butiksoft PRO uygulamasında bu özellikler ilk kullanımda açık onayınız alınmadan çalışmaz.
- AI Asistan (Apple Watch): Söylediğiniz metin ve rezervasyon işlemi için gereken otel bilgileri (misafir adı, tarihler, oda, fiyat gibi) yanıt oluşturmak için OpenAI'a gönderilir. Yanıt metni, seslendirilmesi için ElevenLabs'e gönderilir.
- AI Genel Müdür Raporu: Tesisin günlük operasyon verileri (rezervasyonlar, misafir adları, rezervasyon notları, doluluk ve gelir bilgileri) raporun hazırlanması için OpenAI'a gönderilir.
- ChatGPT entegrasyonu: Kullanıcı Butiksoft hesabını ChatGPT veya desteklenen başka bir hizmete bağlarsa, talep edilen işlem için gereken bilgiler (hesap, tesis, rezervasyon, oda, müsaitlik, fiyat, misafir ve folyo bilgileri) Butiksoft ile ilgili hizmet arasında aktarılır. Erişim, kullanıcının Butiksoft hesabındaki yetkilerle sınırlıdır.
Bu veriler yalnızca ilgili özelliğin çalışması için kullanılır.
3. Hizmet sağlayıcılar
- Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging ve Crashlytics): bildirim gönderimi ve çökme raporları.
- OpenAI ve ElevenLabs: yukarıdaki 2. bölümde açıklanan yapay zekâ özellikleri.
- Apple: bildirimlerin cihaza iletilmesi (APNs) ve Apple Watch dikte özelliği.
- Hizmetin barındırılması ve işletilmesi için kullanılan altyapı sağlayıcıları.
Bu sağlayıcılar bilgileri hizmeti sunmak için gereken ölçüde ve kendi gizlilik politikalarına uygun olarak işler. Bilgiler ayrıca yasal yükümlülüklere uymak veya Butiksoft'un, müşterilerinin ve kullanıcılarının haklarını ve güvenliğini korumak için gerektiğinde paylaşılabilir.
4. Misafir verileri ve veri sorumlusu
Butiksoft PRO'ya girilen misafir ve rezervasyon verileri bakımından ilgili otel veya konaklama işletmesi veri sorumlusudur; Butiksoft bu verileri hizmeti sunmak amacıyla işletme adına işler. Misafirler, verileriyle ilgili taleplerini öncelikle konakladıkları işletmeye iletmelidir.
5. Saklama ve silme
Bilgiler; hizmetin sunulması, sözleşmesel yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi, güvenlik kayıtlarının tutulması ve yasal yükümlülükler için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanır. Personel hesapları işletme yöneticisi tarafından kapatılabilir. Hesabınızın veya verilerinizin silinmesini işletme yöneticinizden ya da [email protected] adresinden talep edebilirsiniz. Yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklıdır.
Uygulamadan çıkış yaptığınızda cihazdaki oturum bilgileri silinir. Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırdığınızda cihazda tutulan bilgiler de silinir.
6. Güvenlik
Tüm iletişim şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden yapılır. Oturum bilgileri cihazın güvenli anahtar zincirinde (Keychain) saklanır. Kimlik doğrulama, yetkilendirme ve erişim kısıtlamaları uygulanır. Bununla birlikte internet üzerinden çalışan hiçbir sistem mutlak güvenliği garanti edemez.
7. Uluslararası aktarım
Kullanılan hizmet sağlayıcılara bağlı olarak bilgiler Türkiye dışında işlenebilir. Bu durumda yürürlükteki mevzuatın (6698 sayılı KVKK ve uygulanabilir olduğu ölçüde GDPR) öngördüğü güvenlik önlemleri uygulanır.
8. Haklarınız
Uygulanabilir mevzuat kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, bunların düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlenmesini kısıtlama ve itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi [email protected] adresine iletebilirsiniz.
9. Çocuklar
Hizmet yalnızca işletme personeli içindir ve çocuklara yönelik değildir.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm, yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Butiksoft PRO Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Butiksoft Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Butiksoft”, “we”) processes through the Butiksoft PRO iOS app, the Apple Watch app and its widgets, and the app.butiksoft.com web application (together, the “Service”), why we process it, and with whom we share it.
Butiksoft PRO is a hotel property management (PMS) app for the staff of hotels and other accommodation businesses. Accounts are created by the business or by Butiksoft; accounts cannot be created in the app.

- Camera: The MRZ on an ID card or passport is read on the device. Camera images are not stored or sent to our servers; only the extracted text fields (name, surname, document number, date of birth, nationality, etc.) are added to the reservation.
- Voice input (Apple Watch): Your speech is converted to text on the watch by Apple's system dictation. No audio recording is sent to us; only the resulting text is processed.
- We do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), we do not track users across apps and websites, and we do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
2. AI features and third-party AI services
The features below send data to third-party AI services. In the Butiksoft PRO app these features do not run until you give explicit consent on first use.
- AI Assistant (Apple Watch): Your text and the hotel data needed for the reservation request (such as guest name, dates, room and rate) are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. The reply text is sent to ElevenLabs to be converted to speech.
- AI Manager Report: The property's daily operational data (reservations, guest names, reservation notes, occupancy and revenue) is sent to OpenAI to prepare the report.
- ChatGPT integration: If a user connects their Butiksoft account to ChatGPT or another supported service, the information needed for the requested action (account, property, reservation, room, availability, rate, guest and folio data) is exchanged between Butiksoft and that service. Access is limited to the permissions of the user's Butiksoft account.
This data is used only to provide the relevant feature.
3. Service providers
- Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging and Crashlytics): push notifications and crash reports.
- OpenAI and ElevenLabs: the AI features described in section 2.
- Apple: delivering notifications (APNs) and Apple Watch dictation.
- Infrastructure providers used to host and operate the Service.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy policies. We may also share information when required to comply with the law or to protect the rights and safety of Butiksoft, our customers and users.
4. Guest data and data controller
For guest and reservation data entered into Butiksoft PRO, the hotel or accommodation business is the data controller; Butiksoft processes this data on the business's behalf to provide the Service. Guests should first direct requests about their data to the property where they stayed.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet contractual obligations, keep security records and comply with legal obligations. Staff accounts can be closed by the business administrator. You can request deletion of your account or data from your business administrator or by emailing [email protected], subject to legal retention requirements.
Signing out removes session data from the device. Deleting the app removes the data stored on the device.
6. Security
All communication uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Session data is stored in the device's secure Keychain. Authentication, authorization and access controls are applied. However, no system that operates over the internet can guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
Depending on the service providers used, information may be processed outside Turkey. In that case we apply the safeguards required by applicable law (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR).
8. Your rights
Under applicable law you may have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing and object to it. You can send requests to [email protected].
9. Children
The Service is intended only for business staff and is not directed to children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is published on this page with its effective date.
